All bookings are subject to prior approval of the production, intended use, permitted areas, total number of people, equipment and timings. Maximum occupancy is eight people in total, including crew, contributors, clients and talent, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access is limited to the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, rear terrace and one designated bathroom. All other parts of the house are private. The exterior of the property and its address must not be filmed, shown or disclosed without prior written permission. The property must not be presented as the home of a named person or interviewee unless this has been agreed in advance. Proof of appropriate public liability insurance, including cover for accidental damage to the location and its contents, is required before the shoot. A short location agreement may be required before access is provided. The host or a representative retains access to the property and may remain on site during the booking. Setting up and packing away must take place within the booked hours. Additional time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes. Furniture, ornaments and appliances must not be moved or used without permission. Any agreed changes must be fully restored before departure. No smoking, vaping, naked flames, smoke or haze machines, glitter, confetti, animals or fixings to walls or surfaces without prior written approval. The location must be left clean and in the condition in which it was provided. The hirer is responsible for any damage or exceptional cleaning costs caused by the production.
