Production & Filming Guidelines For professional shoots, the following additional terms apply: Advance Approval: All productions must be declared in advance, including a full brief of the shoot and the total crew size. Equipment & Waste: All equipment, cables, and rubbish must be completely removed from the premises by the end of the booking period. Care of Property: Any damage must be reported immediately. While furniture or décor may be moved, everything must be returned to its original position before departure. Scheduling: Filming and setup/strike activity must stay strictly within the agreed booking window.
