• Respect Our Home: This is a loved family home. It must be treated with care and left exactly as it was found. • Access: We will discuss, on the morning of the shoot; what areas are out of bounds. But we happily allow use of the whole house if it’s needed. • Over Time: If you anticipate overrunning, please give us at least one hour's prior notice. Additional charges will apply at one and a half times the hourly rate. • Wall Protection: Do not use tape on the walls. The paint will strip, and any damage may incur charges running into hundreds of pounds. • Cleaning: It’s your responsibility to leave the space as you found it. Allocate sufficient time to clean. If you fail to clean or reinstate the place to a condition of how it was found, an hour of overtime will be charged in addition. • Furniture & Styling: Upon request furniture / items can be moved to accommodate shots, but all items must be reinstated to their original place. Please take photos before filming to help place items. If you fail to clean or reinstate the place to a condition of how it was found, an hour of overtime will be charged in addition. • Floor Protection: Proper floor protection (e.g., layout boards or RAM board) must be used in high-traffic production areas and under heavy equipment like tripods or lighting stands. • Footwear: Crew must wear shoe covers or indoor-only footwear. • Damages: The booking guest/production company is fully liable for any damage to the property, fixtures, or fittings, and must compensate the owners for repairs or replacements. • Site Visits: Tech scouts or site visits prior to the shoot day must be arranged in advance. • Crew Count: The booking is strictly limited to the crew size agreed upon during the booking process. Any influx of extra personnel must be approved beforehand. • Waste Disposal: Production is responsible for taking all shoot-related rubbish, catering waste, and recycling with them at the end of the day.
