No shoes to be worn inside. Marble counter and wooden counter in kitchen to be protected (unless in shot). Protective feet on ALL equipment. No food or drink (unless in designated area or in shot). Extra care to be taken to not knock equipment, props, etc into wooden panelling, wallpaper or walls. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol in or surrounding the property (unless alcohol is being commercially shot) House to be left clean and tidy by the end of your booking. All rubbish to be taken away with you. 3 working days cancellation policy. Outside of this timeframe there is a 10% cancellation fee. (Please note it can take up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.)
