Commercial Studio

Please respect your booking times. Your hire includes set up and pack down, so please leave the studio on time for the next guest. Return all furniture, props and equipment to their original positions before leaving. Leave the studio clean and tidy, disposing of any rubbish in the bins provided. Food and drinks are welcome, but please take care around equipment and leave the space clean. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building. No glitter, confetti, powder, fake snow, paint, coloured liquids or other messy materials unless agreed in advance. Any decorations, backdrops or equipment must not be fixed to the walls using nails, screws or anything that could cause damage. Music is welcome, but please keep noise at a respectful level and be mindful of neighbouring studios. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Hirers are responsible for the behaviour and safety of everyone attending their booking. Any damage to the studio, furniture or equipment must be reported immediately and may be chargeable. Please ensure all lights, equipment and doors are secured before leaving the studio. Photography & Filming You're welcome to bring your own equipment. Please avoid dragging heavy equipment across the floor. If using lighting, haze or special effects, please discuss this with us before your booking. Dance, Fitness & Workshops Suitable indoor footwear or bare feet only on the dance floor where appropriate. Please wipe down any equipment used during your session. Instructors are responsible for ensuring participants exercise safely. Parking & Access There is no on-site parking. Pay-and-display parking is available on the surrounding streets, with additional public car parks nearby. Cambridge Train Station is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
