Weekdays and weekends (8am - 8pm) For anything after 8pm, please advise what the nature of the shoot is / reason for needing to shoot at night and will grant access on case by case basic. Higher rate for after 8pm.

Daytime filming only. If evening / night needed please make a special request stating the nature of the shoot. The property has been newly renovated so must be respected. Any damage to be photographed and alert the owner, repair/replacement costs to be covered by the renter. No eating or drinking on the green velvet sofa. No shoes in the bedroom.
