Thank you for choosing our space for your photoshoot. We want you to have a great experience while helping us keep the room clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. 1. Booking & Access * The room may only be used for the purpose stated at the time of booking. * Please arrive and leave at the agreed booking times. Extra time may be charged if you stay beyond your allocated period. * Only the number of people included in your booking may attend unless agreed in advance. * Please do not enter or use other areas of the property that are not included in your booking. 2. Respect for the Property * Please treat the room, furniture, décor and equipment with care. * Do not move heavy furniture or fixtures without permission. * Please do not stick anything to walls, doors or furniture using tape, pins, nails or adhesives that could cause damage. * Any damage, breakage or staining must be reported immediately. * The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their group. 3. Photography & Equipment * Photography and filming are welcome within the booked space. * Please use suitable care when bringing in lighting, tripods, stands, backdrops and other equipment. * Equipment must not block entrances, exits or walkways. * No naked flames, smoke machines, candles, confetti, glitter, paint, fake blood or other potentially damaging materials without prior permission. * Please check with us before bringing large props, furniture or equipment into the property. 4. Cleanliness * Please leave the room in the same condition you found it. * All rubbish must be placed in the appropriate bins. * Food and drinks are allowed only if agreed * Any spills should be cleaned immediately and reported to us. * Excessive cleaning required after a booking may result in an additional cleaning charge. 5. Noise & Neighbours * Please keep noise at a reasonable level. * No loud music, shouting or disruptive behaviour. * Please be considerate of neighbours and other occupants of the property. * Any complaints resulting from your booking may result in the booking being ended without refund. 6. Guests & Conduct * No illegal activity, inappropriate behaviour or dangerous activities are permitted. * Alcohol is not allowed * Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. * The space must not be used for anything that could cause damage, excessive mess or create a safety risk. * Everyone attending the booking is expected to behave respectfully. 7. Content * The room may be used for photography and filming, provided the activity does not create a safety risk, damage the property or breach any applicable laws. * Please notify us in advance if the shoot involves unusual equipment, props, large numbers of people or any content/activity that may require special arrangements. 8. Security * Please ensure doors and windows are secured when leaving. * Do not allow unauthorised people into the property. * Personal belongings and equipment are brought into the property at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. 9. Cancellation & Additional Charges * Cancellation and booking changes are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking. * Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorised overtime or breaches of these house rules. * Serious breaches of the rules may result in the booking being terminated immediately. 10. Final Note We want everyone to enjoy using the space, so please treat it as you would your own home. If you're unsure whether something is permitted, please ask before doing it.
