No smoking inside the apartment or in the communal areas. (use the black gate to the left of the Block B entrance to enter the park to smoke). Outside catering is allowed. Using the kitchen to prepare food is allowed as long as everything is left as found (cleaned and put away). No animals as the owner is allergic. No parties or social recreational gatherings, no loud music or alcohol consumption. Professional use only by photographers and film makers. No wearing or using any clothing or items from inside cabinets. No car access to the courtyard. No moving the plant (in the dunlop tennis ball bucket) because it's fused to the exposed blockwork wall. No filming or loitering outside the apartment (in hallways, lift or entrance ways). This also included the church courtyard and outdoor spaces as these are not owned by the host. Strictly no pornographic/OnlyFans/Nude still/video shoots as this is the host's family home. Strictly no music Videos. Crew below the age of 21 are allowed but understanding their role will need to be understood by the host prior to confirmation of booking. In the event that the host feels uneasy about any of the rules herein being respected, they reserve the right to stay in the property to oversee the shoot.
