House Rules – Filming Location To preserve the exceptional condition of this bespoke home, all production companies, cast and crew are asked to observe the following: ● The property must be treated with the utmost care and respect at all times. ● The house must be returned in the same immaculate, brand-new condition in which it was received. ● No alterations, painting, drilling, fixing or removal of fixtures, fittings or furnishings may take place without the owner’s prior written consent. ● Appropriate floor protection must be used when moving equipment or heavy items throughout the property. ● Any accidental damage must be reported immediately. ● Smoking, naked flames and pyrotechnics are not permitted inside the property unless expressly agreed in writing. ● All rubbish, catering waste and production materials must be removed from the premises at the end of each filming day. ● Noise should be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for neighbouring properties. ● The surrounding grounds, landscaping and countryside must be protected from damage at all times. ● Before departure, the property must be left clean, tidy and ready for inspection. Please do not use kitchen whitegoods without prior permission This is a unique, bespoke residence that has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. We ask all productions to respect the quality of the property so it remains in pristine condition for future use.
