House Rules: 1. Arrival & Departure: • Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. • Exit no later than 10 minutes after your paid shoot time ends. • Late arrivals will count against your booked time. 2. Extensions: • Time extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before the end of your booking. 3. Respect the Neighbors: • Enter and exit the property silently. • Avoid lingering or talking outside the building, especially late at night. 4. Dress Code: • Modest cover-ups or robes must be worn when moving between rooms, as this is a family studio. We also have cats as pictured, so bare this in mind with allergies! 5. Balcony & Terrace: • The lower balcony is not available for shooting. • The upper roof terrace (including the hot tub) is fully available for use within your booking price. It offers superior views and facilities. 6. Specific Guidelines: • For lingerie and similar shoots, please ensure the door to the room you’re shooting in remains closed. • No body oils are permitted. • Guests must shower before using the hot tub. 7. Towels: • Please bring your own towels if needed. 8. Terms & Conditions: • Full terms and conditions of working with us must be discussed prior to booking.
