To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to keep a few friendly guidelines in mind: No loitering or hanging out at the front of the property at any time. Keep noise levels to a minimum in and out especially when using the gardens. Crew Shoe Policy: strictly no shoes - For the comfort and cleanliness of our home, we kindly ask that cast & crew members remove their shoes while on the premises. No tape or pins/nails of any kind to be used on the walls or doors, command strips only. Leave it as you found it: We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the house in the same condition as you found it. Please take care of the furniture, decorations, and equipment during your shoot to ensure everything remains in its original state. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly ask all guests and crew members to refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. Overtime Arrangements: If your shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon booking time, please note that overtime will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. To avoid any confusion, please ensure that any overtime arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon before the additional shooting time begins. Embrace the Smart Lighting: Throughout the house, we've installed smart lighting systems for your convenience. Please avoid using physical light switches and instead utilize the provided controls or smart speaker to adjust the lighting as needed.
