* Maximum 30 cast and crew members and 15 vehicles * One production is hosted at a time * An on-site farm coordinator is required * Signed location agreement and $1 million liability insurance required * Remain within approved production and parking areas * Interior spaces and pool access require prior approval * Animal interaction requires advance approval and handler supervision * We allow smoking and vaping in approved areas but no illegal drugs, open flames, weapons or pyrotechnics * Drones, amplified sound and special effects require approval * Keep the private road, gates and emergency access clear * Remove all trash and restore the property before departure * Overtime and additional services require approval * The coordinator may stop any unsafe activity
