Clients will be subject to temperature tests on arrival, as well as filling in Covid-19 liability waivers. PAYMENT Please note that all studio bookings by new clients require payment upfront. Payment can be made via BACS or Credit Card. CANCELLATIONS You are free to cancel your booking without incurring any charges if you cancel with more than 5 days prior to your booking. If you cancel within 5 days before your booking date, half the fee will be payable. Cancellation within 48 hours of your booking will mean the full fee will be payable. If we are able to secure an alternate booking for the days you have cancelled no fee would be charged.
