We are fortunate to have wonderful, friendly and considerate neighbours, and it is important to us that their comfort and privacy are respected throughout any production. We expect all production teams, cast and crew to adhere to building rules and restrictions, exercise common courtesy, and minimise disruption to residents. Excessive noise, rubbish, obstruction of shared spaces or inappropriate use of communal areas will not be tolerated. We appreciate that productions can involve unique logistical requirements and are very happy to discuss specific circumstances, requests or concerns in advance to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. Please Note: Overtime at £150/hour, separate charges for preparation and restoration days, a refundable damage deposit, evidence of production insurance, and written approval before any repainting. Crew size, equipment and access arrangements must also be made clear in writing.
