Hidden Hove Cottage with 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Terrace & Log Burner

A renovated Victorian cottage in Hove, offering a private and peaceful retreat near the beach. Features include an open-plan living room with a log burner, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a home office space), a bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, an atrium courtyard, a Juliette balcony, and a south-facing sun trap terrace.

The cottage is one of 3 cottages in a row, which would have been built to accompany the Victorian school next door. It dates back to about 1835, and I have spent the last few years renovating it from top to bottom. It is tucked down a path, so it's very private and peaceful and only a few minutes walk from the beach. 

The cottage is cosy, with an open plan living room (with log burner) leading to the kitchen and a back utility space. There is an atrium courtyard off the living room with Mediterranean style planting. The sun hits here about midday. 

On the first floor is the spare room (with desk space), with double doors which open onto the Juliette balcony with palms below. And the bathroom, which opens on to the south facing sun trap sun balcony. There is a walk in shower and also a free standing bath.

The master bedroom is on the top floor. 

The cottage is right on the border of Brighton and Hove, with the sea and beach at the end of the road.

Brighton station is about a 20 min walk away. Or 10 minute taxi.

Please note - the cottage is down a small path, so no direct access to doorstep with vehicles.
