House Rules & Additional Terms Fully production-friendly. Painting, furniture moves, set dressing and temporary alterations are permitted subject to prior agreement. The property must be left in the same condition as found, or restored as agreed after the shoot. Owners live on site but are flexible and will prioritise shoots (including being displaced for the duration of the booking if required). Public liability insurance is required from the production company. No smoking inside the property. Maximum crew size and any special requirements should be agreed in advance. Prep and strike days are chargeable (normally at 50% of the daily rate) unless otherwise agreed. We are open to most types of professional production and long bookings.
