No smoking or vaping inside the studio or building. Please keep all guests and equipment within the booked studio. Corridors and neighbouring units are shared spaces. Do not exceed the guest count stated in your booking. Let us know in advance about any additional guests or significant equipment. Please protect the white infinity wall and curved floor. Keep shoes clean, do not drag equipment or furniture across it, and do not attach anything to the wall. Food and drinks must stay away from the infinity wall and shooting equipment. Please discuss outside catering with us in advance. No glitter, confetti, smoke or haze machines, open flames, or messy materials without prior approval. Please ask before moving furniture or using any studio lighting, backdrops or equipment that has not been included in your booking. Keep music and other noise at a reasonable level out of consideration for neighbouring businesses. Your booking time must include setup and pack-down. Please return the space to its original layout and take your belongings and production waste with you. Alcohol, events and any activity beyond the agreed shoot require prior approval.
