Additional Terms
Please remember to include set up / take down time to avoid overtime charges. A deposit of £150.00 (cash or card) is required for ALL bookings. The guarantee deposit must be paid prior to the session once you have signed the hire agreement. If no damage has occurred, the deposit will be returned after the session. For groups larger than 6 people (a total of 7-12 people throughout the session), additional hire charges will apply: £30/half day, £50/full day. Special arrangements with the management are required for groups larger than 12 people (total during the entire session). Our regular operating hours are 9am to 7pm. Bookings outside those hours are possible but will be subject to additional charges. Please note that the studio IS NOT soundproofed. Lateness of more than 30 minutes will be considered as no show and your booking will be automatically cancelled.
