Light Filled Wellness and Creative Studio

Building access The building is accessible 24 hours a day. The main entrance is open from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For bookings outside these hours, we will need to be present to provide access and open the main entrance. Please arrange out-of-hours access with us in advance so we can coordinate your arrival. If your production is likely to involve excessive noise, particularly during standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm), please let us know in advance. As the studio is located within a working business centre, we may need to coordinate this with the building management and other occupants. Additional treatment room The studio also has a separate treatment room available to hire at an additional cost. This can be useful for productions requiring a dedicated space for hair and makeup, wardrobe changes, preparation or additional filming. Please enquire in advance if you would like to include the treatment room in your booking, so we can confirm availability and pricing. General requirements Please leave the studio clean and tidy and return any furniture or equipment to its original position. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring additional lighting, filming equipment or props. Any furniture or studio equipment that needs to be moved must be agreed with us beforehand. Please confirm your crew size and production requirements when enquiring. All bookings must include sufficient time for set-up and pack-down.
