Additional Terms
This is a smoking, vaping and shoe free home. Please take shoes off at the entrance. Smoking & vaping is prohibited in the building and on the balcony. This is a residential building, on occasions dog faeces and spit can appear in the shared spaces and lift, I asked that all talent and crew respect my no shoes policy. Should you move things around, please return to their original position. PARKING A parking permit is required to park on two neighbouring streets. Please let me know if you require parking ahead of your shoot. OVERTIME Overtime charges are the same as hourly rate.
