General • No smoking inside the property • No parties or unauthorised events • The property must be left in the same condition as found ⸻ Bookings & Usage • All bookings must clearly state intended use, crew size and schedule in advance • Access will be limited to agreed areas only • Any additional use of the property must be approved prior to the shoot ⸻ Crew & Conduct • A responsible person must be present at all times during the booking • The property is in a residential area; noise should be kept to a reasonable level • Please be respectful of neighbours at all times ⸻ Access & Timings • Booking times must include setup and pack-down unless agreed otherwise • Overtime may be charged if the booking exceeds agreed hours • Access times must be agreed in advance ⸻ Furniture & Interiors • Furniture and props may be moved with prior agreement • All items must be returned to their original position before departure • Protective coverings should be used where appropriate ⸻ Equipment & Alterations • No drilling, fixing, or permanent alterations without prior consent • Care must be taken to protect floors, walls and surfaces at all times ⸻ Damage • Any damage must be reported immediately • The booker is responsible for any damage caused during the booking ⸻ Cleaning • The property must be left clean and tidy • Additional cleaning charges may apply if required ⸻ Parking & Access • Parking is available on the private driveway and on-street • Please park considerately and avoid blocking neighbouring properties ⸻ Additional • A security deposit may be required depending on the nature of the booking • The owner reserves the right to refuse or end a booking if terms are not respected
