Mid Century Converted Factory Loft

1. Crew size limits Location capacity: 45 guests 2. Access hours Access hours: 9am-9pm. Overtime hours (6am-9am and 9pm-1am) will incur an overtime fee. 3. Noise restrictions Due to the location, there are no noise restrictions or domestic neighbours 4. No smoking / vaping 5. Food & drink rules Catering is allowed inside the loft, with a fully fitted, modern kitchen. Guests are not allowed access to the kitchen sundries, but please feel free to use the fridge and all kitchen equipment. There are plates, cups, water glasses and bowls for guests. External catering is permitted. Tea and coffee and refreshment making facilities are provided. 6. Restricted areas The store room is off limits. Bedroom is off limits unless specifically requested. 7. Furniture handling Furniture may be moved, but please be aware of the wooden flooring. Please use two bodies to move furniture and always return it to where you found it. Damage to floor may incur additional fees. Additional Terms (this is where you really protect yourself) Damage deposit (non-negotiable) A damage deposit must be paid. Insurance requirements Productions for TV and film or bookings including five guests are required to provide proof of public liability insurance. Cleaning fee / reset condition The space must be returned to original condition or a cleaning/reset fee applies. Please take rubbish, personal items and leftover food with you. Leave the space as you found it. The space will be cleaned by the host prior to and after your booking. Overtime rates Overtime rates apply for shooting outside of the studio working hours, and for any additional time required on the day. Equipment restrictions No drilling, nailing, or rigging into walls/ceilings Limitations may apply to industrial lighting and rigging, please consult. Security & supervision You will be welcomed to the space by a representative, but can have privacy during the shoot Legal / Contractual Clauses Indemnity clause The hire are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their crew. Cancellation policy 50% cancellation fee for booking cancelled under 48 hours notice. Usage rights (optional but important) The hirer has full usage rights to their content shot in the loft Parking & logistics Parking courts within five minutes walk from the location. Parking permits available upon request, for a fee
