The location is 18 acres in rural Kent, but only 10 minutes to the nearest town and with quick 2 minute access from the nearest A road. 

Little Elses consists of a large detached barn conversion in a contemporary style. There is a separate detached garage, an additional large barn and a second large barn is in the process of being built. The owners previously vacated the property for 3 weeks, to allow filming of a popular YouTube show, and are willing to vacate for other productions, should it be needed. The house and the large barn were both used for the YouTube show. 

At the very back of the meadow, a small adults-only glamping site is run between May - September. This can also be made available, provided there are no bookings at the time of request. 

The house and barns sit adjacent to a 10 acre meadow which has full access for large lorries and vehicles. This meadow was previously used as a location base by the production crew of the 2026 release of Wuthering Heights. There is also a 3 acre woodland with campfire area, previously used by LadBible and M&S for a 'Cooking in the Woods' feature with Ian Wright and Jamie Redknapp. 

In addition to these areas, there is also a 5 acre field which has previously been used as a location base for the production of Mary & George with Julianne Moore. Again, the access here is very good.

The owners of Little Elses are keen to welcome production crews for either location bases or for filming purposes. There are various other spaces under their access which can also be utilised, outside of this site, and they try to be as flexible as possible to ensure everything runs smoothly.
