Filming is limited to the area being booked. The penthouse is part of a larger complex where other clients may be utilising the building and shared facilities. Toilets and tea/coffee facilities are located on the ground floor. Staff will be available to brief production manager and crew on arrival, Any removal of existing furnishings must be approved before removing for shoots. Any cosmetic damages caused by equipment, props or accidental damage by crews or cast will result in additional fee's payable.
