(Studio No.7 & 6 only) *All photography, filming and content creation must take place inside the main studio room. The props and equipment room may only be entered to collect and return approved studio props or equipment and must not be used as an additional shooting area. *The hallways, corridors, communal areas and all other rooms within the building are strictly off-limits for photography, filming or content creation. This is a shared commercial building occupied by other studios, businesses and members of the public, so clients and their guests must remain within the two designated rooms at all times. *Items, furniture, props or equipment located elsewhere in the building must not be moved, borrowed or used under any circumstances. Only props and equipment located inside the main studio room or designated props room are included in the booking. *Unauthorised use of communal areas, access to other rooms, or removal of items from elsewhere in the building may result in the booking being ended immediately without a refund. * We have a separate kitchen with a fridge where you are welcome to store your food and enjoy your breaks. Birthday cakes are welcome for photoshoots and celebrations. * Please leave the studio, furniture, props, and equipment in the same condition you found them. * Remove all rubbish and personal belongings before leaving. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left excessively dirty. * Please handle all furniture, props, lighting equipment, and backdrops with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. * If you move any furniture or props, please return everything to its original position before your session ends. * Standing on furniture is not permitted unless agreed with us in advance. * Glitter, confetti, coloured powders, fake snow, body oils, smoke bombs, candles, open flames, or similar materials are not allowed unless approved before your booking. * Please wear clean footwear on studio floors. Stepping on seamless paper backdrops with dirty shoes may result in an additional backdrop replacement charge. * Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio or building. * Pets are not permitted. * Music is welcome, but please keep the volume at a respectful level, as other businesses operate within the building. * Your booking time includes setup, shooting, and pack-down. Please ensure the studio is vacated on time to avoid additional charges. * Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. * Any accidents, breakages, or damage must be reported immediately. * Personal belongings are left at your own risk. While we take care to provide a secure environment, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or unattended items. *Studio Cleanliness & Additional Charges* *Clients are responsible for leaving the studio, including the cove, kitchen, makeup area, changing room, hallways, toilets and all communal spaces, in the same clean and tidy condition in which they were found. *Standard cove cleaning: A fee of £35 will be charged if the cove requires additional cleaning due to footprints, dirt, shoe marks or other minor mess. *Excessive cleaning: A fee starting from £75 will be charged for excessive mess in the communal areas, including food, drinks, rubbish, glitter, confetti, liquids or personal belongings left behind. *Cove repainting and deep cleaning: If the cove requires repainting or deep cleaning due to significant marks, stains, paint, mud or damage, additional charges between £100 and £150 may apply, depending on the extent of the work required. *Damage to the studio: Any damage to walls, furniture, props, equipment or studio facilities will be charged at the full cost of repair or replacement. *Respect for the space: Clients are expected to respect the studio and communal areas at all times. Failure to comply with the studio rules or repeated misuse of the space may result in future bookings being declined. Overtime Charges: Please ensure that your booking ends at the scheduled time, including packing away equipment, cleaning the space, and vacating the studio. Parking: Paid parking off premises Any overtime of less than 20 minutes will be charged at 50% of the standard hourly rate. Overtime of 30 minutes or more will be charged as a full additional hour. Overtime charges apply to all bookings and are subject to studio availability. If overtime affects the following booking, additional fees may apply. *By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for any additional cleaning or repair costs incurred during your session.
