• Furniture and decorative items may be moved with prior agreement but must be lifted rather than dragged and returned to their original positions at the end of the shoot. • No drilling, screwing, painting or permanent alterations. Any tape or fixings must be agreed in advance and be suitable for the relevant surface. • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. • No candles, naked flames, smoke machines or other special effects without prior approval. • Food and drink to be kept primarily to the kitchen/dining areas, except where required for the shoot. • Floors, worktops and furniture must be appropriately protected when using heavy equipment, lighting stands or props. • Crew numbers, equipment and any particularly large props must be agreed in advance. • Children and animals are welcome by prior agreement and must be appropriately supervised. • Garden/outdoor areas may be used subject to prior agreement and consideration for neighbours. • No excessive noise or music, and no obstruction of neighbouring properties, driveways or pavements. • The house must be left as found, with all furniture and styling returned to its original position and all rubbish removed. • Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and made good at the production’s expense. • Overtime beyond the agreed booking period must be agreed and will be charged accordingly.
