1. **Respect the Space** Please treat our home with care and leave it as you found it. Any damages must be reported immediately. 2. **No Shoes Indoors** We kindly ask that all shoes be removed or covered inside to protect the floors. 3. **No Smoking** Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. 4. **Use of Rooms** Only agreed-upon rooms and areas may be used for shooting. Please confirm all spaces in advance. 5. **Furniture & Décor** Feel free to move small items for styling, but larger furniture must not be moved without permission. Everything should be returned to its original position after the shoot. 6. **Noise Levels** Please keep noise to a minimum — this is a family neighbourhood. No loud music or disruptive sounds. 7. **Crew Size & Timing** Please stick to the agreed number of people and scheduled hours. Any changes must be approved beforehand. 8. **Food & Drink** Food and drink are welcome in the kitchen and dining areas only — please keep other spaces tidy. 9. **Waste & Recycling** Kindly dispose of rubbish and recycling in the provided bins before leaving. 10. **Outdoor Areas** The garden and exterior spaces may be used if confirmed in advance. Please respect our plants and outdoor furniture. 11. **Children & Pets** Children are welcome with supervision. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. 12. **Security** Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving.
