HOUSE RULES ● No smoking anywhere on the property including the garden. ● All eating and drinking to be restricted to kitchen area. ● No hot pans to be put directly onto the kitchen work surfaces. ● No standing on the kitchen work surfaces. ● Please don’t turn the fridge freezer off without prior agreement from the owner. ● No spray cleaners to be used on the kitchen units or table – they can damage the wood. Only use the Osmo cleaner provided. ● Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag! ● Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move any plants. ● No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things into walls. ● Please ensure that all upholstered items are covered. ● Please ensure the tiled floor in the hallway is covered. ● Protective covers to be used on High heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect floors. This is the same if any equipment is placed on any sur-faces in the house. ● No shoes upstairs. ● Please do not disconnect the TV and media units. Please ask the owner. ● Please do not disconnect or move the record player. Please ask the owner. Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with the Location Owner to jointly sign off the put back of the location. This is also an opportunity for any damages to be highlighted to the Location Owner. Please remember to tidy up after yourselves, carefully dispose of any rubbish and respect the owners premises.
