Private Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Garden Shoot Location

* Maximum 3 guests/crew unless agreed in advance. * Only the named hirer and pre-agreed guests/crew may enter the property. No additional visitors are permitted without prior approval. * Hillside is in a residential setting, so no loud music, shouting or excessive noise. * No parties or events. * Set-up and pack-down must be within the booked hire time unless agreed beforehand. * Pool and hot tub use is welcome where agreed as part of the shoot, but must be used responsibly. No diving, running around the pool or glassware in the pool/hot tub area. * Props and equipment are welcome, but nothing may be fixed to walls, fencing or furniture without prior agreement. * Please ask before moving larger furniture or outdoor items, and return anything moved to its original position. * No smoking anywhere on the property, including the garden, pool and hot tub areas. * No nudity. * No adult, explicit or pornographic content may be filmed or photographed at the property. * No illegal activity, drugs or unlawful substances are permitted anywhere on the property. * The space must be left as found. Hirers are responsible for any damage caused by their group, equipment or props. * Please be considerate of neighbouring properties at all times. * Any unusual equipment, large set-ups, smoke effects, drones or anything likely to affect neighbours must be agreed in advance.
