As this is our family home, here are some guidelines to relay to your crew to help ensure that the house is left as you found it. ~Please wear shoe covers or take shoes off beyond the internal Entrance Hall ~Food and drink can be consumed in the kitchen unless otherwise agreed in advance ~Please be mindful not to drag items along the floor and use covers for anything that could scratch or mark floors or walls ~Please take rubbish off site - additional disposal fee can be arranged if agreed in advance ~Smoking permitted in the rear garden and away from the house ~Be respectful to neighbours with regards to parking considerably & noise levels ~Any additional time required can be agreed on site and will be charged accordingly ~Any damages to be remedied at the hirers cost Thank you!
