Shelleys House - 6 bedrooms with en-suites / reception and entertaining areas

HOUSE RULES 1. No smoking inside the house. Please use the back garden if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts in the bins provided. 2. No shoes to be worn on carpets on 1st & 2nd Floors 3. All eating and drinking to be restricted to kitchen area 4. No food or drinks to be consumed on 1st & 2nd Floors 5. No glassware to be used inside spa area 6. The removal or rearrangement of furniture/pictures will only be allowed by prior agreement/consent from the owner 7. If use of the pools/steam/sauna/jacuzzi is required, owner/representative will oversee 8. Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces, acidic cleaners or lemon juice will cause marks. A simple damp dishcloth should suffice. 9. Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag in the rooms with solid wooden floors as any scratches will be chargeable! 10. Absolutely no decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes attaching things into walls. No drilling is allowed. 11. Please ensure that all carpeted areas and upholstered items are covered. 12. Protective cover to be used on High heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect all floors. This is the same if any equipment is placed on any surfaces in the house. 13. Please do not disconnect the TV and media units. Please ask the owner. 14. Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with the Location Owner to jointly sign off the put back of the location. This is also an opportunity for any damages to be highlighted to the Location Owner. 15.
