Overtime will be subject to 1.5x hourly charge 4. Furniture and decoration can be moved 5. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus £25 administration fee 6. Access is limited strictly to the open-plan studio, kitchen and bathroom. Using other studios/rooms within the premises isn’t authorised
