Please provide a shoot brief before booking, including production type, intended use, crew and cast numbers, equipment, filming areas and any special activities. Booking time includes load-in, setup, filming, breakdown and load-out. Overtime must be approved and is charged at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Only the agreed cast and crew may enter the property. No parties, overnight stays or unauthorised visitors. The production must hold appropriate public-liability and property-damage insurance and provide evidence upon request. Furniture may be moved only with prior approval and must be returned to its original position. Floors, walls, furniture and fittings must be properly protected. No drilling, nails or permanent fixings, unless agreed with Landlord. Adhesives may only be used with prior approval. No smoking or vaping indoors. Open flames, candles, pyrotechnics, smoke or haze machines, weapons, stunts, water effects, glitter and confetti require written approval. Animals, alcohol, amplified music and filming outside the agreed areas require prior approval. Please keep noise to a reasonable level and respect neighbouring properties. Parking and loading arrangements must be agreed in advance, and access must not be obstructed. The property’s address, house number and security arrangements must not be shown or publicly identified without written permission. The property must be left clean, secure and in its original condition, with all rubbish and equipment removed. The production is responsible for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning caused by its cast, crew or contractors. A property representative may attend check-in, check-out or remain on-site during the booking. Unsafe, unlawful or materially different activities from the approved brief may be stopped immediately. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the platform’s applicable policy. By confirming the booking, the hirer agrees to these rules.
