To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following rules before booking: 1. Respect the Property All guests and crew members must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately. 2. Maximum Occupancy The number of cast and crew must be agreed upon prior to the booking. Larger crews may require prior approval. 3. Setup & Breakdown Time All setup and breakdown time must be included within the booked hours. 4. Noise Control Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during early mornings or late evenings. 5. Furniture & Layout Furniture may be moved for filming or photography but must be returned to its original position before the end of the booking. 6. Cleanliness The space must be left in the same condition it was found. Please remove all equipment, rubbish, and personal items at the end of the booking. 7. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the property. 8. Pets & Animals Animals are not allowed. 9. Parking Parking arrangements must be discussed in advance if multiple vehicles will be arriving. 10. Access to Bedrooms Only the rooms agreed upon during booking may be used during the shoot. Additional Terms 1. Booking Hours Overtime will be charged if the booking exceeds the agreed hours. 2. Insurance Production teams are responsible for having appropriate insurance coverage where required. 3. Damage Responsibility The booking party is responsible for any damage caused during the booking period. 4. Equipment Use Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of their equipment. 5. Safety All electrical equipment used must be safe and suitable for residential power supply. 6. Cancellation Policy Cancellation terms will follow Scouty platform policies unless otherwise agreed. 7. Property Protection Certain fragile items may be removed prior to bookings to ensure protection.
