Statement Pink Devol Kitchen (70m²) with Skylights & Full Production Space, South West London

We’re very happy to host shoots and will always aim to be as accommodating and flexible as possible. The following guidelines are in place to ensure the property is respected and shoot days run smoothly: General The property must be left in the same condition as found. A production representative is responsible for the conduct of all crew on site. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and paid for. A refundable damage deposit may be required depending on the scale of the shoot. Crew & Access Crew size to be agreed in advance. Access times must be agreed prior to the shoot day. Side access is available for equipment load-in/out. Use of Space The kitchen is the primary shoot space. Additional areas are available subject to agreement. Full house use is available at an additional cost and must be agreed in advance. Some areas are unstyled and open currently and may be used for dressing or set build with prior agreement. Set Build / Alterations Any painting, fixing or alterations must be agreed in advance. All changes must be returned to original condition unless otherwise agreed. Furniture & Styling Furniture and items may be moved with care and must be returned to their original positions. Protective measures must be used where appropriate. Parking & Logistics Free street parking is available directly outside. Please be mindful of neighbours and avoid blocking access. Noise Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly when arriving or leaving. Cleaning The property must be cleaned and reset to a good standard at the end of the shoot day. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not returned in its original condition. Entire house rental can be arranged with prior agreement.
