House Rules Access is by prior agreement only and limited to the areas booked. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Any equipment brought onto site must be suitably protected to avoid damage to floors, walls and furnishings. Please use designated parking areas only. The property is located within a peaceful woodland setting; excessive noise should be kept to a minimum. No open flames, pyrotechnics, smoke machines or special effects without prior written approval. All rubbish and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking. Children and animals must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool and woodland areas. The swimming pool may only be used if agreed in advance. Productions are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. The property must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Commercial filming, drone use and large crews must be discussed and approved prior to booking.
