1. Arrival & Setup Please arrive and wrap within your booked time slot. Let us know in advance if you need extra time for setup or breakdown. 2. Respect the Space Handle all furniture, décor, and surfaces with care. Do not move large items without permission. No nails, tape, or adhesives on walls unless approved. 3. Noise & Conduct Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during business hours or early mornings. Be respectful of staff, guests, and neighbors at all times. 4. Equipment & Power Use only the power outlets provided. Please inform us if you plan to bring heavy electrical or lighting equipment. 5. Cleanliness Leave the space as you found it. Dispose of all rubbish in designated bins. Any spills or damages must be reported immediately. 6. Food & Drinks Allowed in designated areas only. No drinks near sensitive equipment or vintage furniture. 7. Safety Keep fire exits clear at all times. No open flames, smoke machines, glitter, or confetti unless pre-approved. 8. Crew Size Stick to the agreed-upon crew size. Inform us in advance if additional people will be joining. 9. Restricted Areas Only permitted to use the areas included in your booking. Private areas and storage spaces are off-limits. 10. Damages The production team is responsible for any damage caused during the booking. Fees may apply for repairs or deep cleaning if needed.
