Maximum occupancy depends on the activity — please check before booking larger groups or events. Arrive on time; any set-up changes should be approved in advance. Clear all props and personal items before leaving. Respect the entrance and surrounding area. Pets allowed only by prior arrangement. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
