HOUSE RULES ● No smoking inside the house or garden. ● All eating and drinking to be restricted to the kitchen and dining area. If food or drink is used outside of the kitchen area as a prop it must be protected using mats and coasters. ● Please use placemats and coasters on all surfaces including the table. Our marble surfaces and dining table are very fragile and mark extremely easily. ● Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces, acidic cleaners or lemon juice will cause marks. A simple damp dishcloth should suffice. ● Nothing can touch the walls in the kitchen including water. This paint cannot be wiped or touched up. ● Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag in the rooms with solid wooden floors as any scratches will be chargeable! ● Absolutely no decorating is allowed without prior consent. This includes attaching things into walls. No drilling is allowed. ● Please ensure that all carpeted areas and upholstered items are covered. ● Protective cover to be used on high heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect wooden floors. This is the same if any equipment is placed on any surfaces in the house. ● Please do not disconnect the TV, vinyl player and media units. Please ask the owner. ● If you wish to use any form of fire, candle or naked flame etc you must seek approval from the location owner. The client will remain responsible entirely for this activity as well as the health and safety, risk assessment and fire prevention measures and extinguishers. Please do not use the owners candles – these need to be supplied by the client. ● Clients must seek the permission of artists for any of the Location’s artwork or contents that are under copyright if they are to be featured in Your material. Please ask the location owner for further details or if you want the artwork removed for your hire.
