No alcohol No roof access No illegal Activity No wandering the halls Don't block the fire escape Any staining or damages to rugs - $60 fee No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, paint or any lose substance without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place. For any substances that require extra cleaning we charge an added cleaning fee of $100. There are security cameras in the space Any scuffs or marks that requires repainting is $60 - $100 Fee Damages - You will be held accountable for any damages to the space / items & extra fees will be applied.
