Photo studio & Film location in a DTLA Penthouse Loft

- All rentals include setup and teardown time. - Keep the hallway quiet while loading in and through the day (no shouting, phone calls or eating in the hallway). - The hallway and common areas of the building must remain clear at all times. (Equipment can't be stored in the hallway). - Do not block the elevator doors with an object while loading your equipment, it would break it down!!! - Furniture can be moved but must be placed back to where you found it. - Do not drag or drop equipment or furniture on the floor. Lift it. (I have neighbors just downstairs and sound travels through the floor). - Be mindful not to scratch furniture. Don’t put heavy cases or equipment on it. (damage will be charged). - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Damaged or broken items have to be replaced or paid for.
