House Rules Please treat the apartment with care and return it in the same condition it was found. Furniture and objects may be moved only with prior agreement and must be returned to their original positions before leaving. No smoking or vaping inside. No nails, screws, tape, glue, blu-tack or wall/floor fixings without prior approval. Protective coverings must be used under lighting stands, tripods, heavy equipment and anything likely to mark floors or surfaces. Please keep noise to a respectful level and avoid disturbing neighbours or other residents in the building. Crew size, equipment, shoot hours and any dressing or set changes must be agreed before the booking. The production is responsible for any damage, breakages, stains, marks or extra cleaning required. All rubbish, props and production materials must be removed at the end of the booking unless agreed otherwise. Overtime must be agreed in advance and will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
