Respect the Property: Treat the house with care and respect. Any damage caused during the production rental period will be the responsibility of the production company. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Designated smoking areas may be provided outside the premises. Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during late hours, to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Loud music and disturbances are not permitted. Parking: Park only in designated areas as specified by the property owner. Do not block driveways or impede access to neighboring properties. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the premises clean and tidy throughout the rental period. Any excessive mess or clutter must be promptly addressed and cleaned up before departure. Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not in use. Any security systems or alarms provided must be utilized properly. Insurance: Production companies must provide proof of insurance coverage for liability and property damage before the rental period begins. The property owner will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the rental period. Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the property may be off-limits or restricted. Respect any signage or instructions provided by the property owner regarding restricted areas. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the property owner in advance. Any pet-related damages will be the responsibility of the production company. Guest Limit: Adhere to the agreed-upon guest limit specified in the rental agreement. Additional guests beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra fees or result in termination of the rental agreement. Compliance with Laws: Production companies must comply with all local laws, ordinances, and regulations during the rental period, including but not limited to noise ordinances and zoning restrictions. Filming Permits: Obtain any necessary filming permits or permissions required by local authorities before commencing any filming or photography on the premises. By agreeing to rent the property for production purposes, the production company agrees to abide by these house rules and any additional terms specified in the rental agreement. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any security deposits or payments made.
