Shoot-ready, light and quiet designer family home: open-plan kitchen, period rooms, statement bathroom & garden - South London

We have house rules in place to ensure that we can provide a great, shoot ready location for you. Communication is key so please feel free to ask questions. To keep the house shot ready, we ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping in/on the property. Please allow enough time for setting up and packing away within your booked hours - we will try our best to accommodate time extensions so please feel free to ask. We always do a "walk around" at the end of the hire with the person responsible for making the booking. We ask for shoes off or we can provide shoe covers for you. We appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases (i.e. for filming), so please do ask if you need flexibility. Food and eating to be contained in the lower ground floor kitchen space only (unless required elsewhere for filming and agreed in advance). No changes to be made to settings on appliances and/or heating/hot water unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. No loud filming, music or events before 8am or after 8pm unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. We can dispose of one black bin sack of general waste and the equivalent of recycling waste on your behalf, within the booking fee. If you need more than this then please ask and we can discuss. Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked at the end of the hire. Please lift furniture to move it, do not drag to avoid damage to the floors. Some items are fragile so please check at the start of your shoot. If you need to bring in heavy equipment/use trollies to move equipment and furniture around then please bring protection for our floors. If you move anything then please put furniture and accessories back to original position. Please lift and don’t drag anything along the floors as it will damage the wood floors. A random one, but the dining table must be lifted by its legs only (otherwise, it could snap). Please do not light any candles in our home. If they are needed for the shoot then please ask first. The kitchen curtains have a pull system to open and close on the left hand side (behind the curtain). Please ensure that all lights are turned off at the end of the hire. We have a number of original artworks (we recommend that you seek clearance to use these artworks in your production). Any questions, feel free to ask! No nudity or boudoir/glamour shoots or filming.
