Please treat the house and its contents with care and respect. No smoking or vaping inside the property or the garden. Production teams are welcome to move furniture and props where required, but all items must be returned to their original positions at the end of the booking. No nails, screws, staples, adhesive hooks or other fixings may be used on walls, floors, doors or furniture without prior agreement. Any specialist equipment, large props or set dressing should be discussed in advance. Please keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly in the evenings, as this is a residential property. Any additional crew, vehicles, equipment or extended hours beyond the agreed booking must be agreed in advance. The garden is available for shoots, subject to weather and prior agreement. The property must be returned to the condition in which it was found. The production is fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any cleaning, rubbish removal, repairs, replacement or making good required as a result of the shoot. Any such work should be organised directly by the production, with prior agreement where appropriate. The property is a private residence, so personal belongings will be in the house. Any items requiring removal or secure storage should be agreed in advance.
