No parties or event hosting, sorry ~A separate standard Cleaning Fee of $250 will be charged per shoot, in addition to the set hourly and day rate booked. ~If there is an excess amount of trash that cannot fit in the black trash bin outside you can either remove the trash yourself from the property, or will be charged an additional $100 trash removal convenience fee after booking has completed. ~Renter is responsible for any damages to the home. ~No hair Dye's, oils, or glitter of any kind used please. The wood flooring and plaster walls are very sensitive. ~No Walking on the Roof ~No Use of Indoor Wood Fireplace without prior approval ~No use of silverware or kitchenware without prior approval ~No movement of furniture without prior approval ~Any Small pieces of furniture or accessories moved with prior approval in the house, must be placed back where found at the completion of the shoot
