Kit includes: 2 pieces light holders, 2 pieces holding arms and 4 pieces handle heads; The height of the adjustable central bracket varies from 4 feet/1.2 metres to 10 feet/3.05 metres. Length of holding arm: 4 feet/1.2 metres 

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT & EXTENSION ARM: 
The center column with three sections can be adjusted from 4.7 feet to 10.5 feet (146cm to 320cm) as needed. Foam grip prevents the stand from slipping. Extension arm with 1/4" and 3/8" threaded ends is compatible with most equipment
