⏱️ Collection & Return Times To ensure the gear is prepped and cleaned for every renter, we follow a professional rental schedule: Collection: From 5:00 PM the day before your rental starts. Return: By 10:00 AM the morning after your rental ends. Weekend Special: Collect Friday afternoon, return Monday morning (counts as a 2-day booking). 📍 Location & Handover Self-Collection: Based in Tottenham Hale, North London Parking: Free loading space is available directly outside for quick 5-minute handovers. The "Vault" Handover: We do a 5-minute visual check-off together to ensure all components (cables, caps, batteries) are present. You will receive a printed "Vault Quick-Start Guide" in the case to help you get shooting immediately without needing to call for tech support. 🚚 Delivery Options We offer door-to-door delivery and collection across London for an additional fee: Within 10km: £26) each way. 10km - 20km: (£39) each way.
