- No smoking in the buildings - Insurance is required - Guests are required to clean & collect all trash bags after themselves and tidy up during the time utilizing the space - Outside catering is ALLOWED - Alcohol is ALLOWED. But bartender needs alcohol license - All foods and drinks need to be communicated & approved prior to booking. - NUDITY has to be disclosed in advance and approved prior to booking SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability and $100000 property damage OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
