A Cinematic Soho Townhouse

1. Access & Timing Hire time includes set-up and break-down. Early access or overtime is charged at the agreed hourly rate. The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of the booking. 2. Crew Size Crew numbers must not exceed the agreed amount. Any increase in crew must be approved in advance. 3. Equipment & Protection No drilling, screwing, nailing or permanent fixing to walls, ceilings or furniture. All heavy equipment must have floor protection. Lighting must not be placed directly against delicate surfaces. Candles, smoke machines or atmospheric effects require prior approval. 4. Noise Music videos or amplified sound must be discussed in advance. Volume levels must comply with local regulations. 5. Furniture & Layout Furniture may be moved only with prior agreement. All items must be returned to their original position before departure. 6. Cleaning & Damages The venue must be left in the condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for larger crews. Any damages will be charged to the production. 7. Insurance Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5m) must be provided prior to the booking. The production company is responsible for all crew and equipment on site. 8. Catering External catering is not permitted unless agreed in advance. Alcohol consumption must be authorised by management.
